What we store, and who sees it.

Tappie is operated from the Netherlands and processes personal data of EU users under the GDPR.

What we store

Your email address (for login), the text you paste in and the rewrites we generate from it, any voice-profile writing samples you add, and your subscription and billing status. If you try a rewrite before creating an account, we store a one-way hash of your IP address solely to limit the free trial to a fixed number of rewrites per person. It is never linked to an account.

Who we share it with

• Anthropic

  The text you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your rewrite. Anthropic processes this text under its API terms and does not use it to train models by default. See Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum for details.

• Supabase

  Hosts our database and handles login and authentication.

• Stripe

  Processes payments. We never see or store your card details.

Your controls

You can delete any individual rewrite from your history at any time on the History page. Deleting your account removes your organization's data: contact us to request this.
